Teens 

Sometimes… you don’t have anything to say in therapy.

Sometimes… you’re not ready to talk about the hard stuff. 

 

Sometimes… you know how to use LOTS of words to hide the real parts of you. 

 

Sometimes… you want to say it outloud, but your body won’t let you. 

 

What happens when language isn’t the most natural way to express yourself? 

 

Therapy is bigger than just talking. 

We express ourselves in a lot of ways.  Play, Art, Nature, Music, Senses,

Writing, Nature, Breathing, Movement…  

Therapy is expressing yourself with a witness.  

Sometimes a guide, sometimes a follower. 
 

Maybe you want a space with an adult who isn't your parent, or teacher, and who can help you make sense of what's going on in your life. 

I offer therapy for those that might not fit into the mold. 

Round pegs in a square hole. 

Rainbows in a black/white world. 

 

Therapy that meets you where you are. 

Therapy that offers you space to figure out where that might be, and where you want to go. 

 

Therapy that lets you be you.
