Parenting is hard...

 

                                       ..and no one prepares you for it.   

 

Sure, there is a massive amount of parenting podcasts, books, and theories out there today, but they often come with a heavy dose of guilt.

 

You likely found me because you've tried everything...and I mean EVERYTHING.  You are exhausted.  It shouldn't be this hard... right?

You want to support your child when they have those big feelings, and to help them be the amazing kiddo you know that they are.  You want your family to feel more connected. To enjoy your child, and the time you spend together. 

 

It is my honor to walk alongside kids and families, and support you through life's sticky patches. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to parenting or families, but will work with you to find ways to support your unique child, in your unique family.
